Luigi Sepe joined Napoli S.S.C. in 2009 and he was the reserve goalkeeper with only two presences in the next two following seasons. He then moved on loan to Pisa, Virtus Lanciano, Empoli, Fiorentina. On 10 July 2018, Sepe signed with Parma on loan until 30 June 2019.
